What I put in my smoothies

Taking care of myself is something I prioritize. Some ways I do that is by finding time to move my body and making food choices that nourish me. Lately, I’ve learned about the health benefits in collagen products that I really wanted to try some. So, I started using the Collagen Hydrolysate by Great Lakes Gelatin twice a day. I like to add it to smoothies or teas and I love that has over 90 percent protein, amino acids and are essential in building tissues necessary for supporting joint health and strong bones.
