Nothing like early morning rides! I usually go at least 3 times a week because it’s so healthy and it gives me all the beautiful feels.  Also, I make sure to supplement daily with collagen peptides by Sports Reasearch to maintain healthy joints and skin.  It is unflavored, water soluble and easy to mix in coffee, protein shakes & soups.

  • I always find morning workouts a fantastic way to start the day, but I always worked out at lunch and after work because I slowly started becoming less of a morning person lol This post reminds me to drink way more water than I do now. I fell out of good habits.
