LITTLE MOMENTS WITH PRINTIKI

FullSizeRender-3little moments with printiki Life, people, and ideas passionate me. I’m always excited to meet new places and cultures. Twelve years ago, I moved from Colombia to the United States. I love living in the States, but sometimes I miss some important family moments. Not long ago, my dad was terribly sick. Luckily, he was able to get better with lots of support, love and treatments. I visited him often in Colombia, but I wanted him to visit me too. I really wanted to share with him here and show him my favorite places. And more than anything, celebrate with him the miracle of life!

IMG_3845This past January my dream came true because dad was able to visit me. It was so amazing and I was so happy. And, to make his trip memorable I made for each of us a photo book. Yay! These beautiful photo books are from Printiki. I had so much fun putting them together. The software was very easy to use and I didn’t have to download any program. I simply uploaded our favorite photos from my computer. Also, you could upload photos to your photo book directly from your Instagram, Facebook and Dropbox.collageIMG_2161He received his copy directly in Colombia and can you tell about his happy face 🙂 I think it’s so cool  companies like Printiki are shipping worldwide. It makes it very convenient it really makes for one of the most meaningful gifts ever.  There are different photo book sizes to choose from, I choose the square L for both photos books, and really loved it.IMG_3929-4FullSizeRender

Also, you can use www.printiki.com from your smart phone and tablets. Here, using my Iphone, I uploaded from my Instagram some of my favorite beach photos and printed them in the polaroid format. OMG! They are lovely, but the best is yet to come. Printiki and I are partnering to bring you a very special giveaway, so you too can celebrate the miracle of life and print your favorite memories.

Awww, that is so amazing! In this digital age where everything is electronic, we forget how wonderful it is to see the prints come to life. I have so many photos on my phone and computer, but never get around to printing them out. I would love to use this Printiki service to make albums of our travels and important moments so we can look back at them without having to get on our computer. Thanks for sharing this! xoxo, Christine

  • Aww girl, your story is so familiar to me. I moved so many times and sometimes I miss those tiny moments with my family and friends, but they are all in my dreams. And I have some amazing memories.
That is such a great idea to having the photo book, it’s so rare right now, because everyone uses only digital stuff for that. Having a real photo book is so great! And dare I say, how beautiful this photo set was. Loving the vanilla skies! Looks incredibly stunning!

I will have to check this out and see what it can do for me. I love how you put this book together. The memories will be with you forever and will be so important. I’m sure you two both had a wonderful time while he came to visit. The prints look so wonderful indeed.

  • What a great gift! You’re so thoughtful to put this together for your dad. And your photos are gorgeous – I’m so impressed with the quality. I used to make photobooks for my kids every year but it took so much time to edit LOL.

  • This Printiki book makes such a great gift idea for any occassion!! All of the photos had nice quality print and it is very well made. I love photo books and used to make them for my kids as well but gosh the selecting and editing is just so time consuming, I am also too indecisive because I love all the pics.
